Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty (Eye-lift)
Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty (Non-Surgical Eye Lift)
Puffy, drooping eyelids, dark circles and ‘eye bags’ can affect anyone at any age. Whether genetic or as a result of aging, this shadowy, sunken ‘always tired’ look is hard to cover up. The delicate, thin skin around the eye area exposes the dark blood vessels below.
A medical grade skin care regime, anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers can help correct superficial wrinkles and a tear trough deformity, but for more dramatic concerns, radiofrequency tightens eyelid skin and debulks bags – safely, powerfully, and with unparalleled precision.
Non-surgical blepharoplasty (Non-surgical eye lift) is one of Dr Holman’s fields of particular special interest. Dr Holman has an extensive background in ophthalmology (Eye surgery) and is an educator and leading authority in eye area rejuvenation.
Treating eyes with powerful precision
Radio frequency has been around for a long time. But this is no standard radio frequency treatment. The brilliance is the needles. Our Agnes radio frequency device involves the use of purpose-designed, tiny micro-insulated needles. Dr Holman controls and targets the radio frequency energy to the desired area of the skin. These fibrous supporting structures or fat are treated, without causing damage that bulk heating can.
Fat cells are zapped, while protecting surrounding tissues. The device enables Dr Holman to control the depth, time, and energy of the procedure. With great patience and care, Dr Holman delivers a true alternative to surgical blepharoplasty ( Eye lift ).
Insulated, anatomically designed needles
Our Agnes radio frequency device carries various needles that suit a specific aesthetic issue. The small hand piece transits electricity in the form of heat via one or three-prong needles. Each needle has its own length, designed to treat a specific aesthetic issue. The delicate eye bags require the one-pin needle, while eyelid treatments use a three-pin needle.
Address those hooded eyelids and dark under eye circles. Reset the clock of the eye area ageing with this versatile, natural, non surgical, precise procedure.
While it will take time to see the effects, the results don’t wear off. Expect bruising and swelling that will subside after one to two weeks. Following this you’ll enjoy a natural non surgical alternative to refresh your eye area.
This is Doctor only procedure and requires skill and mastery by Dr Holman. With his extensive surgical background, you are in capable hands with him performing this intricate procedure. With any Doctor only procedure, there is an initial consultation to understand your concerns and formulate the best treatment plan for you. Non-surgical blepharoplasty (Non-surgical eye lift) starts at $3500 and will be determined by Dr Holman once he has designed your bespoke treatment plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

The procedure uses a radio frequency device to insert tiny, micro-insulated needles into the delicate eye area to naturally and powerfully tighten the skin. If necessary, Dr Holman can debulk fat bags under the eyes. The non-surgical blepharoplasty eye lift offers natural outcomes, with no scars or marks.
This procedure doesn’t change the shape or look of your eyes. Unlike other more invasive treatments that cut into loose skin and stretch it up, radio frequency utilises natural skin reserves to rejuvenate, tighten and enhance the eye area.
Dr Holman has extensive training in eye surgery, and is the Key Opinion Leader and head trainer in Australia as well as internationally, for the radio frequency device used in the procedure. So, he’s very confident treating the delicate area around the eyes. With a strong basis in anatomy, knowledge of the structure and function of this part of the face, you’re in capable hands with Dr Holman.
Expect the non-surgical blepharoplasty to take from one to one and a half hours
With the local anaesthetic there’s a tiny sting but after that, it’s painless. You will experience bruising and tenderness post-procedure, which tails off within a week or so. If you do experience bruising, it can be easily covered with makeup. This is a low-risk procedure.
You’ll begin to notice changes within a month but for major results, it takes six to nine months. Over the 18 months after the treatment, you’ll continue to see improvements.
While it can be, most patients don’t usually require a secondary treatment. You’ll enjoy the results for many years as the procedure doesn’t wear off, even as the ageing process continues.
As the name suggests, the non-surgical blepharoplasty doesn’t require cutting or other more invasive techniques. There’s less downtime, no scarring or fear of the procedure changing the shape of the eyelids.
Surgery removes excess skin and pulls it up. It doesn’t rejuvenate the skin like non-surgical does. Dr Holman’s approach tightens and improves the skin, without the need for invasive cutting.
This procedure is not necessarily related to age. If you have saggy, crepey, droopy skin around the eye area or noticeable bags, contour abnormalities, or pigmentation, book a consultation with Dr Holman and the MH Clinics team, to discuss this solution.
While the non-surgical eye lift turns back the clock, it’s necessary to maintain the skin into the future. Dr Holman will advise the best mix of medical grade cosmeceuticals for your specific needs to maintain skin health. Some patients require volume in the eye area, which is a separate cosmetic concern that can be addressed with complimentary procedures such as fillers.
